Second Grade: Weeks of 2/16
Grammar: review comparative/superlative adjectives and adverbs LA Story: "My Community and Me" Test, TBD Writing: main idea Spelling skills: /e/ sound. Quiz Friday, 2/20.
We will periodically be providing 'cold' reads to the students to assess their oral and comprehesion fluency. Please note, they are not graded towards their report card as the data is for informational purposes only.
* Please encourage your child to read for our in class Quiet Time Reading Game. Each completed book and "book report" is worth a star, and the student with the most stars after the trimester will earn a reward!
